Versions and evidence

Studio keeps media versions, comments, creative decisions and production evidence attached to the work they describe.

Record	Meaning
Version identity	The exact artifact being inspected
Review note	Feedback, optionally attached to a playback time
Creative decision	The owner’s judgment on that version
Release package	The media and destination details prepared for release
Production handoff	A saved request for an owner or worker
Platform evidence	An observed result on the destination
Learning entry	A proposed or supported production lesson

A receipt is useful only when it identifies the relevant work and result. A saved request is not proof of delivery, and a technical playback check is not human listening.
