A version label identifies the work being reviewed. A decision describes the owner’s judgment. A job describes a handoff. A platform receipt describes observed scheduling or publication. Those records answer different questions.
When a refresh fails, the last loaded view may be out of date. Refresh and confirm the current version before deciding. Read-only access can inspect work but cannot make the owner’s creative choices.
