Production
Production shows what should happen after a review decision. Approved videos awaiting preparation appear separately from revision and publishing handoffs.
Follow a handoff
Section titled “Follow a handoff”Open an item to identify the exact video version, destination, current status and recorded reason or blocker. Use Active to focus on unfinished work or All handoffs to inspect earlier outcomes.
| State | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Queued | A request is saved and awaits a worker |
| Claimed | A worker has taken responsibility |
| Blocked | A recorded condition prevents progress |
| Uncertain | The external result needs reconciliation |
| Complete | Completion was recorded; inspect the attached evidence |
The worker indicator reports connection state. When it is offline, saved decisions remain intact and handoffs wait. The documented Studio does not generate videos or upload to platforms by itself; production owners and connected adapters perform that work.
Close the loop
Section titled “Close the loop”A revision request should lead to a new version in Review. A release handoff should lead to exact-account platform evidence in Calendar. A queue entry or completed status alone is not proof of publication.
An uncertain release must be checked against the destination before it is retried. Replaying an ambiguous upload can create a duplicate.
