Sound Room
Sound Room keeps music, background ambience and sound effects distinct. It opens on Needs review, where undecided recordings await the owner’s listening choice. The accepted library and history preserve earlier decisions.
Listen and decide
Section titled “Listen and decide”- Choose the sound type and find the recording or collection.
- Start playback explicitly. Audio loads on request.
- Compare the available variants and inspect recorded provider, model, prompt, creation time and duration when supplied.
- Use Keep or Reject for the exact recording you heard. Missing provenance is not reconstructed.
Desktop browse and listening panes scroll independently. On narrow screens the page uses normal document scrolling.
Accepted means a human kept it
Section titled “Accepted means a human kept it”Automated screening history can remain in Details, but it must not silently replace an existing Keep. Reuse kept effects when they fit the scene and applicable rights; keep the identity of the actual recording in the production package.
Source and mix are different
Section titled “Source and mix are different”Video Review can play declared soundtrack sources alongside their cue times. Approving a video includes its background music as mixed in that exact cut. That decision does not create a standalone Keep for the full music recording.
A muted playback test can verify loading and seeking. It cannot establish sound quality, speech content or creative fit.
