Calendar
Calendar opens on Upcoming releases. Future entries are grouped by Toronto date and ordered nearest first. Channel, platform and evidence filters help narrow the view. Open an episode title to return to its review record.
Upcoming and ledger
Section titled “Upcoming and ledger”Upcoming releases is the planning view for future work that has not already been recorded as published.
Release ledger retains past and uncertain records so their evidence can be inspected. A time passing does not turn a scheduled entry into a published one.
What proves a release?
Section titled “What proves a release?”A proposed slot is an intention. A native schedule is saved in the destination platform. Publication requires readback from that platform for the exact account and item. Check the evidence and its freshness before treating a release as complete.
Existing native schedules remain in place until an authorized replacement is prepared and verified. Approving a revised video does not silently replace a scheduled master.
A practical example
Section titled “A practical example”A fictional episode can be ready for review on Tuesday and planned for Friday. It is still only a plan until the approved package is scheduled on its destination. On Friday, the ledger needs platform evidence before it can support a publication claim.
